I started this site because I believe in eating great food that is delicious and nourishing to the body. I have discovered that I react badly to junk food and sugar, and with time I’ve begun to see comfort food as dark chocolate, raspberries, yogurt with maple syrup and even raw milk (yes a lot of people frown at me for that one).

I also strongly feel that eating a truly nourishing diet can make you lose weight naturally. And it’s not just about being skinny, but about being healthy and happy about yourself.

I am no expert and I’m learning about healthy eating as I try it out myself.  I hope you will find the site friendly and useful. Welcome!
